Content Scheduler — Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how the “Content Scheduler” application (“the App”), operated by We Get Around Network / Sparks Media Group (“we”, “us”), handles information when we use it to publish our own video content to our own YouTube channels.
Who uses the App
The App is a private, internal tool used solely by our organization to prepare and schedule videos for the YouTube channels we own and operate (We Get Around Network and Sparks Media Group). It is not offered to the public and does not create accounts for outside users.
Information we access
When an authorized operator connects a channel, the App uses Google OAuth to access, only for the connected channels we own:
- Uploading our own video files, with their titles, descriptions, tags, category, thumbnails, captions, and scheduled publish times;
- Adding our uploaded videos to our own playlists and reading our playlist and video status to keep the scheduling calendar accurate;
- Reading our own channel’s analytics to help choose posting times.
The App does not access any other Google account data, and does not access data belonging to any third party or viewer.
How we use and store the information
Information obtained through Google APIs is used only to schedule and publish our own videos to our own channels and to display our own channel information inside the App’s password-protected dashboard. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest and are used only on our own servers; they are never shown to end users or sent to any third party. Video metadata we author is stored in our private database.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share information obtained through Google APIs with any third party. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except as necessary for security, to comply with law, or with the operator’s consent for troubleshooting.
Google API Services User Data Policy — Limited Use
The App’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data retention and revoking access
OAuth tokens are deleted when a channel is disconnected in the App. The operator can also revoke the App’s access at any time from Google Account → Third-party access. Stored video metadata is retained only as long as needed to manage our publishing schedule.
